Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in Thyroid and Digestive issues
Women’s Thyroid and Digestive Issues

Stress Management
I help women who struggle with thyroid and digestive issues improve their health and energy levels naturally. The support and guidance I provide is something I desperately wanted and needed when I was diagnosed with Grave’s Disease (Autoimmune Hyperthyroid Disease) in 1999. If you are experiencing symptoms such as chronic fatigue, unexplained weight gain or weight loss, hair loss, digestive issues, depression, brain fog or insomnia these could all be signs of a thyroid disorder.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I use the concept of bio-individuality which looks at each person’s unique food and lifestyle needs. I also use the concept of Primary Food which looks beyond diet to all of the factors in our life that create health such as relationships, career, exercise, stress management, sleep etc. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.

As my client, you will:
-set and accomplish goals in a way that is exciting and empowering
-work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight
-understand and reduce cravings
-increase energy levels
-reduce stress and anxiety
-learn about new foods and how to easily incorporate them

My program includes:
-Two 50-minute personalized sessions per month (in person or phone consult)
-Email support between sessions
-Simple healthy recipes
-Handouts/resources specific to your needs and goals
